Friends,

 

Well, we headed off to Nevada County yesterday to attend the Nevada County Republican Party meeting that evening.

 

Got their in just a bit over 2 hours.  A beautiful drive up into the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

 

Had a chance to walk the town of Nevada City in the early afternoon, chatting with many of the shop owners and handing out my campaign flyer.

 
We headed over to the local government center building to attend the scheduled 6:30pm republican party meeting.

 

The room was pretty packed, the folks were great and the enthusiasm of the crowd contagious.

 

Was blessed with the opportunity to speak to the entire committee for about 15 minutes or so.  Passionately layed out the reasons I’m running for congress and took some really good questions.

 

Many thanks to the Nevada County Republican Party for allowing us to visit with them.  A very special thank you is extended to Mr. Richard R. Ulery, Chairman, of this very fine group of conservative republicans.
